TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Listings will be billed when published to the Internet site. Amounts due in 30 days.
  2. Banner ads and web pages: 50% in advance, balance to be billed upon publication, and due in 30 days.
  3. MAINTENANCE: routine changes to listing, ads, or pages will be made at no extra cost. Examples of outine" are a change in telephone number, contact person, etc. More substantial changes or alterations will be billed at hourly rates, $15 min. charge. Errors & omissions fixed at no cost.
  4. For 30 days following publication, customer may cancel a listing (and link) and not be liable for payment, or will be entitled to a refund of the listing cost if already paid. In the same period, banner and web page customers may cancel and also not be liable for their balance due, but the original deposit is not refundable.   Cancelled items will be deleted from the site within 5 days of receipt of written request. After 30 days, any item may be cancelled by customer, but no refund will be available.
      If items are not paid for by the 35th day after publication, they will be deleted from the site. Re-publishing such items carries a 40% surcharge.
  5. Customer agrees that Publisher (Lisa Fonseca) is not responsible or liable for any damages (direct, indirect, sequential, consequential, or incidental) stemming from the posting on the Internet of the information supplied by customer, who is empowered to authorize such publication and agrees to indemnify and hold Publisher harmless in case of claims. Publisher reserves the right to reject content deemed objectionable or deceptive.     ( Revised 8-24-01)
